I am so grateful to be sharing my Practise with you!
The past few weeks we have been working on flowing strength and hide to bring Updog into your flow.
Next week we will be taking a change in pace and will be focusing much more on flexibility through the shoulders legs and hips.
Perfect timing for those who want a little break from 'stepping through' but to still work on the flexibility required to do so.
We will be using blocks and straps, so if you have any at home, please bring them with you.
