About the event
Special Christmas Session:
Yoga Session followed by Hot / Cold Plunge in a small group, led by Tara Spicer.
We will do a tailored 60 minute yoga session with a focus on breathwork and mobility. Then we will plunge into the cold (12 to 15 degrees) for 4 minutes, hot for 4 minutes, alternating 3 times.
Nothing is mandatory, doing what you want for the body that you have woken up in on the day and to enjoy the benefits.
