In this program, you will be guided step by step through different breathwork techniques that are designed to calm the mind and body by soothing the Vagus nerve and in turn switching the body from the Sympathetic Nervous System (fight or flight) to the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest and digest). The sessions are quite short to begin with, aiding you in easily creating a healthy habit, without cutting into your schedule too much. Try to practise each session at the same time each day. The same session is practised daily for week 1 and then moving onto the second session, daily for week 2 (and so on). By the end of this program, you will be enjoying the benefits of a regular meditation practise, that you can utilise as a great life tool for stress management and to add to your health giving strategies when needed.
