In this program, you will be guided step by step through tailored breathwork techniques that easily allow meditation to find you. Three different breathing systems are used to calm the nervous system and balance the left and right brain. The vagus nerve is soothed, the body calms and the mind stills. The sessions are quite short to begin with, starting with just 2 to 5 minutes a day! This creates a habit of calm. Choose the time of day that suits you best. Use candles and insense if you like to embed the habit. Journaling after each session is ideal, as this reminds your body and brain of the beneficial state created within your sense of self, wellbeing and connectedness that is achievable through this practice. This awareness builds in value over the course time frame and exponentially as your practice continues.
